1st World Summit on Ethics in Sports
Sports meets Business

Shared Value and the role of sports in solving societal problems

Leading decision-makers from sports, politics, business, academics and NGOs will for the first time converge at the FIFA Headquarters in Zurich to define the role of sports in solving societal problems and to celebrate best practise examples of ethical sportsmanship. A multi-stakeholder platform, the Summit will elaborate on what business and politics can learn from sports, showcase successful CSR activities in the sports arena and assess and address current challenges in sports ethics. The Summit will feature a mix of inspiring keynote addresses and dedicated breakout sessions to enrich participants' overall knowledge and experience and propose a substantial agenda for action.

The World Summit on Ethics in Sports will also see the conferment of the Ethics in Sports Award 2014. The Award will recognize an outstanding individual and organization that have demonstrated the importance of human values and ethics in life and in the sports arena.





The World Summit on Ethics in Sports is an initiative of The World Forum for Ethics in Business, a registered public interest foundation with the aim to pursue and establish the indispensable ethical foundations of business in a globalized world. The 2014 Summit at the FIFA Headquarters in Zurich is the first conference of such kind. The World Forum for Ethics in Business is organizing this summit in cooperation with:
